1. Launch Apple Mail and to begin adding a new mail account we need to go to the File menu and select "Add Account".

. The new account screen will show asking for these settings:
Add as follows -
Account type: POP Account description: Hotnet Mail Full Name: Enter your name here Email address: in the form of yourusername@hot.net.au eg: johndoe@hot.net.au
Click Continue to proceed.
3. On the Incoming Mail Server screen we need to enter the following information:
Account
Status
